Current Opportunity: Associate Content Producer
(Growth Track → Creative Lead)

At HOL Creative Co., we’re building a small but mighty creative company focused on high-quality video and social content for entrepreneurs and industry leaders. We’re looking for a reliable, coachable creative who can help us capture great footage, edit consistently, and grow with us as our workload expands.

This role is hands-on and production-focused — perfect for someone who loves creating content and wants a long-term home where their work actually matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with filming on client shoots (A-roll + B-roll)

  • Operate a secondary camera, with opportunities to take lead on simple shoots

  • Edit short-form videos for social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

  • Organize and offload footage into our Drive system

  • Prep project folders and support smooth workflow for internal editors

  • Contribute ideas and help refine content as we grow

Who This Is For

Someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience with shooting + editing

  • Understands vertical content, pacing, and trends

  • Is reliable, organized, and communicates well

  • Wants consistent work and long-term growth — not just gigs

If you’re a more senior creative (strategy-minded, leadership-oriented), we’re open to exploring a hybrid role with expanded responsibilities.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

30 Days: Learn our systems, support on shoots, complete basic edits
60 Days: Take lead on secondary camera, edit 10–15 clips/week
90 Days: Own small segments of production and editing independently

Senior candidates may advance faster — we’ll tailor the path based on experience.

🚀 Compensation & Role Structure

We’re flexible because candidates vary widely. Options include:

  • $20–25/hr for associate-level production work

  • Higher rates and/or salary pathways for candidates with strategy, leadership, or senior production strengths

  • Part-time to start → potential full-time transition

  • Hybrid contractor-to-hire model

  • Growth track to Creative Lead for the right person
